This is the best company I've dealt with regards to online purchases. I buy a lot of things online and NO OTHER company has been so consistent with shipping information. They even took the time to handwrite a thank you and a short note to my comments on my receipt! They feel like family and friends to me and that wins me over as a customer every time. This company should be a prototype studied by ALL companies in the United States. I thought customer service had gone the way of the dinosaur in this country, but that was before I made my first purchase from Virginia Favorites Ltd. Of all the online companies I deal with, these folks are the best. they respond to comments, handle orders correctly, and deliver more promptly than anyone. Thats anyone, as in Amazon, Lands End, anyone. These are the best, period.

For years I have made it a ritual to stop in the gift shop down in Emporia. The quality, and taste is outstanding I always bring back something for my co-workers and they expect it! I recently ordered a gift from your site, and within 2 days the product was delivered to a very happy, and surprised friend. The prices are unbelievable. I could not have asked for better service. I ordered my first order with you a few weeks ago for peanut brittle, figuring peanuts grown in Va. the peanut brittle should be good. I was not disappointed. Being a New Yorker and able to access any food from anywhere at any time including a vast array of gourmet, candy shops (you got the picture) my greatest concern was freshness and your peanut brittle was very good. I asked your customer service representative about the freshness of the pralines which I am now ordering and she assured me that the pralines are very fresh. Keep that good stuff coming.

Absolutely fantastic. Soaked the ham on Saturday, cooked it early Sunday, and served Sunday for dinner. On a scale of 1 - 100, an absolute 100%. Would definitely buy again.

I love pecans and I use to buy Planters peanuts and pick out the pecans first. My daughter told me to search the Internet and find some pecans. I did and Virginia Favorites, Ltd. is what I picked.
