Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Put pork tenderloin in crock pot, set on low.
- Pour Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce over pork and cook on low all day.
This makes a delicious meal. Serve with your favorite mashed potatoes and a
veggie.
Easy Garlic Burgers
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- Form into patties, Grill or bake as usual.
Suggestion: Spread Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce
thinly over the buns and grill lightly for an extra garlic kick.
Flynn's Garlic Burgers
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- Form into patties, Grill or bake as usual.
Serves 3-5 people depending on the thickness of your burgers.
Flynn's Scottish Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix two parts Flynn's Garlic Sauce with one part scotch whiskey (we like
J&B or LaPhroaig).
- Cut up or piece pork, chicken or beef.
- Slow bake on a baking pan in a pre-heated 250 degree F oven for one hour.
- Cover the half-cooked meat with the marinade mixture.
- Place in refrigerator over night.
- Take out and grill.
Garlic Baked Potato Medley
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Medium Potatoes (diced)
- 4 Carrots (diced)
- 1 Large Onion (diced)
- 3/4 bottle Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Dice potatoes, carrots and onions to fill a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Pour 3/4 bottle of Flynn's Garlic sauce over the mixture and hand toss.
- Empty the mixture in a baking dish that's been coated with non-stick spray.
- Place in pre-heated oven or pre-heated covered grill.
- Bake covered at 400 degrees F. for one hour.
- Uncover and return to oven for 15 minutes.
Garlic Beer-Can Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinade a whole raw chicken with Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce over night
- Heat up a grill or oven to about 350 degrees F.
- Drink (with responsibility) a half-can of your favorite beer.
- Insert the beer right side up in the cavitiy of the chicken.
- Put the chicken and beer on the grill.
- Bake for 1-2 hours (depending on weight)
Mom's Super Baby Shrimp Kabobs
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel shell off shrimp
- Soak shrimp in garlic sauce and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Thread shrimp on to skewers
- Place on grill and sprinkle with season salt and lemon pepper
- Heat - 375 degrees for three minutes
- Flip and sprinkle with season salt and lemon pepper
- Heat - 375 degrees for three minutes
- Remove from skewers, place in bowl and enjoy**
**Don't even think about using cocktail sauce . . Flynn's sauce will take care
of everything!
Robin's Garlic Orange Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix two parts Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce with one part orange juice.
- Marinade the meat (roast or large filet) over night then grill.
(or, use the same mixture and marinade overnight then bake and thin slice
for
sandwiches)
Salmon Broiler
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to broil while you prepare the salmon.
- Brush a light amount of Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce over the bottom of
the pan.
- Set the salmon fillet over the sauce in the pan.
- Brush more sauce over the entire fillet so that it is well coated.
- Sprinkle ground pepper over the top of the fillet.
- Broil salmon for about 15-20 minutes* or until lightly crispy on the outside.
(Take it out half way through to brush on more sauce for extra flavor and
less crisp. Put it back in the oven for the remaining minutes.)
*Broil salmon steaks or fillets about 4 inches from heat, allowing about 10-15
minutes per inch of thickness.
Serve with your favorite vegetable and wild rice.
Steve's Amazing Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
- Four (4) Boneless Chicken Breast Filets
- One (1) 8 oz bottle of Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinade raw chicken breasts in Flynn's Gourmet Garlic Sauce for 2 hours
in the refrigerator.
- Grill chicken breasts on low to medium heat for about 15-20 minutes depending
on the thickness of the breasts. Juices will no long be pink when done.
- Serve with your favorite grilled vegetables!
Makes 4 servings.
The Big Flynn Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- Flynn's Garlic Burger patties
- 1 onion in thin slices
- Thousand Island Dressing
- Lettuce
- Cheese
- Pickle slices
DIRECTIONS:
- Arrange two garlic burger patties within a “bun-and-a-half”
(bun, burger, bun, burger, bun).
- Thin slice two pieces of onion, place in the stack.
- Top the top burger patty with Thousand Island dressing, lettuce, cheese,
and two or three pickle slices.
This is better then a more well known version!
