Vapeanuts.com does not charge sales tax due to the nature of sales on the Internet. However, Since Virginia Favorites, Ltd. is based in Virginia, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in Virginia. The current rate of sales tax for food items in Virginia is 3.5%.
