Order and Shipping Information
When are orders processed and when should they arrive?
All orders will be shipped in 24-48 hours after the order is placed. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed and filled
on the following Monday.
Your purchase is shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service (for those
in Alaska and Hawaii). Below is a table detailing estimated transit times after the order is shipped:

The map below illustrates how much time will pass between the time your order
ships and when it is delivered via UPS ground. Please add one day for order
processing.

How will I know if you've received my order?
When you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via
e-mail. Additionally, you will see the order confirmation page after you submit
your order. Be sure to print this screen and keep it handy in case you have
questions about your order. You can also call us at (866) 838-6257 to inquire
about the status of your order.
My order is a gift. How do I include a gift message?
When you click "Order" and start the checkout process, there is
a place on the Shipping screen labeled "Include this message with my gift:"
to write your gift message.
My order is a gift that needs to be shipped at a later date. How do I let
you know when to ship it?
On the Payment screen in checkout, there is a place labeled "Comments
(optional) " to write your message to us. If you don't want an order shipped
immediately, we can hold it for you until you're ready to ship it. All you need
to do is specify the ship date.
What shipping methods are available?
Currently, we offer UPS Standard Ground, UPS 2-Day, UPS Next Day Saver (your
order is delivered by 3PM the next business day after the order is shipped)
and United States Postal Service Priority Mail shipping for our customers in
Alaska and Hawaii.
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping charges are automatically computed when you place your order. The shipping
charges are computed according to the product weight and UPS zones (distance
from our location). If your order weighs over 100 pounds, please note that we
may add additional shipping charges not stated in your shopping cart.
To reduce shipping costs, we use boxes that fit our most popular items, reducing
the need for extra packing material that adds nominal weight to a box.
If you would like to calculate shipping costs on a certain product or number
of products, simply add them to your shopping cart and begin checkout. This
will give you the shipping costs without obligation to purchase.
My order needs to be shipped outside of the continental United States. How
do I do this?
While we do ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii, we typically do not ship outside the United
States. If you'd like to ship outside of the United States, please call us toll-free at (866) 838-6257. Fill in our Alaska or Hawaii shipping address as you normally would.
We reserve the right to add shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii orders if
they are higher than what appears in the cart.
